Mt. Sunapee Sun-dried Tomato and Herb Swirl Bread

Ingredients:
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed according to package directions
1 packet Mrs. Fogg's Mt. Sunapee Sun-Dried Tomato and Herb Dip Mix
1 T olive oil
Cornmeal for dusting loaf pan
Non-stick spray for loaf pan

Directions:
Heat oven according to bread dough package directions.  Spray 8" x 4" loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray, sprinkle bottom and sides with cornmeal.  Set aside. On lightly floured surface, roll thawed bread dough out into a rectangle, approximately 8 x 10 inches.  Brush surface lightly with olive oil leaving a 1/2 in ch strip on one short and two long sides of rectangle un-oiled.  Sprinkle DIP MIX evenly over surface avoiding the un-oiled strips of dough.  Starting at one short end, roll up jelly-roll style.  Pinch shut along un-oiled edges and bottom.  Place seam side down in the prepared loaf pan.  Let rise according to frozen bread dough package directions.  Bake according to package directions.  Cool slightly, then remove from pan.  Finish cooling on wire rack.  Wrap tightly for storage.  For extra shine and softer crust, lightly brush top crust with butter while still hot.
